Products
All products are handmade and baked to order.
Whilst every effort is made to accurately display our products, colours, decorations and appearance may vary slightly from photographs.
All product descriptions, ingredients and prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion.
If you need to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, baked or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£).
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
Dispatch & Delivery
Backgarden Bakes dispatches orders on designated dispatch days as stated on the website.
All postal orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver within 24 hours of dispatch, this is not a guaranteed service and delivery delays may occasionally occur.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control.
Allergens
Our kitchen is not a nut-free or allergen-free environment.
Whilst strict food hygiene and allergen procedures are followed, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns regarding allergens, please contact us before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
