Freshly Baked to Order

All of our bakes are handmade and baked fresh to order in Lincoln. To ensure every order arrives as fresh as possible, we dispatch on specific days each week rather than every day.

Dispatch Days

We currently dispatch orders twice a week:

📦 Monday Dispatch

  • Order between Thursday and Sunday

📦 Thursday Dispatch

  • Order between Monday and Wednesday

Orders placed after the cut-off period will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

Delivery Method

All postal orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver parcels within 24 hours of dispatch.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed service, and occasional delays may occur which are outside of our control.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local collection is available from:

Collection is available on designated collection days. Once your order has been placed, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

Please ensure a valid telephone number is provided when placing your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

Backgarden Bakes cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information being provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey.

If you haven't received your dispatch confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
